The Legal Nature of Terms, Conditions and Policies

First: Definitions
in this Agreement, and unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings referred to.
“Site”, “Store”, “we”, “us” or “proprietary pronoun”: refers to  the izeestore.com and easy-trading website.
“User”, “you” or “addressee’s proprietary pronoun”: means a person who visits the Site, uses it, registers a membership in the Site, or enters into a sales agreement with us.
“Buyer” refers to each person, organization or company that orders the purchase of products offered for sale through the store.

Third: Digital Signature

Fourth: Terms of Use of the Site

Sixth: Copyright

2. All content included or available within the services of the “easy” website (such as text, logos, images, graphics, audio recordings, button icons, digital contents, reloaded materials, software and data collection) is the property of the site and is protected by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international copyright laws.
3. The collection of all data included in the services of the “easy” website or made available by any of our services is the exclusive property of the “easy” website, and is protected by Saudi and international copyright laws as well as protected by applicable international agreements, such as the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement.

Seventh: Trademarks

1. “Easy” and “izeestore.com”  and associated logos are our trademarks and/or service marks.
2. Images, logos, page headers, button icons, text and service names are trademarks and commercial designs of easy.
3. It is prohibited to reproduce the trademarks or designs of the “easy” website in any media or advertising without our written permission.
4. It is not permissible to use the trademarks and designs of the “easy” website in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with us, so as not to cause harm to the value and credibility of the “easy” site or harm its customers.

Eighth: Licenses Granted

Title: Boundaries of Responsibility

1. We provide our services “as available”, without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, relating to the use of this website.
2. The site will not be responsible in all cases for any direct, indirect or consequential loss as a result of disclosing your username and / or password.
3. Easy makes no warranties that this site, its servers, or messages sent are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Eleventh: Transfer of Rights and Obligations

Thirteenth: Cancellation

1. In the event that it is proven that you have violated any paragraph or clause of this agreement above, while preserving all our rights to claim compensation for the damages resulting therefrom.
2. Assigning or subletting the account without our consent.
3. The User fails to fulfill any obligations set forth in this Agreement without taking serious action to remedy such breach, while reserving our right to claim damages, if any.
4. Inability to document any information you have provided to us.
5. If we determine at any time that your activities may cause you or other users legal disputes.
6. The activity of the store has stopped, or the activity of those responsible for managing the store has stopped.

Fourteenth: Taxes and Fees

1. Membership in the site is free.
2. easy-looking does not charge for browsing, auctions and purchasing products listed on the site.
3. The user is obligated to pay all taxes imposed on services and products.
4. The user is obligated to pay the fees of telecommunications companies in order to obtain data related to access to the Internet.

Fifteenth: Communications and Notices

3. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected in any way by that provision.

Seventeenth: The legal nature of the terms, conditions and policies

1. This agreement and its annexes are the complete and final agreement between the “easy” website on the one hand, and any person who visits the site or uses it or uses any of its features or features on the other hand.
